An offline order is a pre-reservation valid for 48 hours from the time the confirmation email is sent. A pre-reservation does not constitute an event ticket or guarantee access to the event. Access is confirmed only once payment has been received and credited. If payment is not credited within 48 hours, the pre-reservation will be automatically canceled without prior notice. Payments received after the deadline are subject to availability. All deadlines are based on the local time of the respective venue.
